OCTOBER 2025 - MARCH 2026
1. What is gat𝒉𝒆𝒓.?
gat𝒉𝒆𝒓. is a group for lesbian couples who want to deepen self-love,
strengthen communication, reignite intimacy, and build a love that lasts.
It’s not therapy — it’s a guided relationship revolution blending psychology, liberatory education, holistic sexology, and spiritual practice.
2. Who is this program for?
For lesbian couples in committed relationships (married, partnered, or considering marriage) who are ready to invest in their connection. Whether your love is steady and you want to take it deeper, or you’re feeling stuck in cycles and want new tools, this group is designed for you.
3. How many couples will be in the group?
Only 5 couples will be accepted. We intentionally keep the group small so each couple receives deep support, space to share, and individualized attention.
4. When and where does it take place?
gat𝒉𝒆𝒓. runs October 2025 – March 2026 in Lewes, DE. We meet biweekly in person for 12 sessions (3 hours each). Between sessions, couples receive optional support through online check-ins and private add-on sessions.
5. What will we actually learn?
You’ll learn how to:
• Create and hold powerful intentions as a couple
• Build secure foundations of trust and safety
• Communicate with compassion (using Nonviolent Communication and speaker–listener tools)
• Reignite eros and desire without shame or pressure
• Establish guilt-free, clear boundaries that protect your love
• Recognize and break old cycles that keep intimacy stuck
• Create rituals that keep connection alive, even in busy seasons
• See your relationship as a path of growth and liberation
6. How is this different from couples therapy?
Therapy often focuses on problems, diagnoses, or crisis repair. gat𝒉𝒆𝒓. is about growth, healing, and intentional practice. It’s future-focused and embodied, giving couples tools to build the love they want rather than just managing what’s not working.
7. What if our relationship is already good?
Perfect! This program isn’t only for couples in crisis — it’s for couples who want to strengthen their connection, build resilience for the future, and take intimacy to a deeper level. Many participants say they came in with a “good” relationship and left with a partnership that felt alive, passionate, and sustainable.
8. Do we have to share personal details with the group?
Only what you feel comfortable sharing. The group container is safe, sacred, and confidential. Many couples find it liberating to be witnessed by others on a similar journey, but there is always room for privacy and choice.
9. What happens if we miss a session?
Because this is a tight container of only 5 couples, attendance is highly encouraged. If you miss, you’ll receive session notes and can schedule an optional couples session (online or in person) to help integrate what you missed.
10. How do we apply?
Start by scheduling your free alignment + connection call. This is not a sales pitch — it’s a conversation to ensure the program is the right fit for you and your partner. After the call, if you feel called to join, you’ll complete a short application to secure your spot.
