These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Diadem mED website, all online and in-person programs, coaching sessions, groups, workshops, events, and any services offered by Diadem Medicine (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website or participating in any offering, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services.

1. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website for lawful, respectful, and appropriate purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to disrupt or hack the website

  • Use the website for fraudulent or harmful activity

  • Post, transmit, or share harmful, abusive, or defamatory content

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or restrict access to the website at any time.

2. Use of Services, Programs, and Events

Participation in any Diadem mED offering—online or in person—constitutes agreement to:

  • Follow all safety, communication, and community guidelines

  • Engage respectfully with staff and other participants

  • Uphold confidentiality as outlined in the Client Privacy Policy

  • Only participate in programs you meet the prerequisites for

  • Practice self-awareness and personal responsibility

  • Notify us of accessibility needs, risks, or concerns

Programs are educational, not medical or clinical treatment.
We do not diagnose, treat, or offer medical or legal advice.

3. Fiercely Inclusive Space Clause

Diadem mED is a fiercely inclusive, community-centered environment committed to belonging, safety, justice, and liberation. Hate, discrimination, harassment, or harm of any kind is not tolerated.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Racism

  • Sexism

  • Homophobia

  • Transphobia

  • Ableism

  • Classism

  • Xenophobia

  • Religious intolerance

  • Bullying, exclusion, or targeted harm

Participants must agree to:

  • Respect the identities, boundaries, and lived experiences of others

  • Use Nonviolent Communication to the best of their ability

  • Be accountable for the impact of their words and behaviors

  • Practice consent, curiosity, and compassion

  • Practice self-selection and step out if they cannot engage respectfully

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from a program, without refund, for the safety of the group.

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals whose behavior compromises the sanctuary, integrity, or wellbeing of the space.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within all programs—including text, graphics, videos, curriculum, frameworks, downloads, exercises, and program names (e.g., The ALIGN Method™, The Revolutionary Love Program™, Breaking the Script(ure), the Spiral)—is the intellectual property of Diadem mED and/or Diana Pine.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or share program materials

  • Reproduce content in your own work or teaching

  • Record or reproduce sessions

  • Repurpose any curriculum for commercial use

Unless you have explicit, written permission, no use is permitted.

5. Payments & Cancellations

By registering for a program, service, or subscription, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with the offering

  • Use accurate billing information

  • Understand that refunds follow the specific cancellation policy provided at registration

Deposits for programs are typically non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
Payment plans may be offered at our discretion.

6. No Warranties

We provide all services “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Specific results

  • Personal outcomes

  • Financial, relational, spiritual, or emotional changes

We commit to professional, ethical, trauma-informed practice—but outcomes depend on your participation, environment, and personal process.

7. Limitation of Liability

You agree that Diadem mED, its staff, and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Damages arising from participation

  • Losses due to misuse of content

  • Injuries sustained outside the scope of normal activity

  • Third-party service provider errors

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

8. Community Conduct & Safety

Participants must refrain from:

  • Disruptive behavior

  • Harassment or intimidation

  • Sharing confidential information

  • Using substances during sessions

  • Recording sessions without consent

  • Entering programs while in crisis without proper support

We maintain the right to dismiss any participant who threatens community safety.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the Website Privacy Policy and Client Privacy & Confidentiality Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Continued use of the website or participation in services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
