Diadem mED maintains a strong commitment to privacy, confidentiality, safety, and ethical practice.
This Client Privacy Policy applies to all participants of courses, groups, programs, coaching sessions, educational offerings, or events—online or in person.
1. Confidentiality in Programs & Sessions
We protect client confidentiality to the fullest extent permitted by law and the nature of the service provided.
We do not share client information, experiences, or identifying details without explicit permission, except in cases required by law (see Section 3).
Group participants are expected to uphold strict confidentiality and respect for all members.
2. What We Keep Private
Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:
Personal disclosures during sessions or programs
Relationship status, concerns, or experiences
Spiritual, sexual, emotional, or identity-related information
Written reflections or private communication
Program participation identities (unless participants opt in publicly)
We do not record sessions unless all participants give written consent.

Violation of confidentiality may result in removal from a program for the safety of the group.

Ethical self-tracking of progress (when applicable)
We do not store clinical, diagnostic, or medical records.
